Breastfeeding Help is a private Lactation Practice operating in the North West. I offer highly skilled lactation consultations and classes, in Sligo and surrounding counties.. The consultation is in your own home so that you can be comfortable and not have to leave your home with your baby so soon after birth.
I believe that getting good information and help in the early days, followed by support, is the key to meeting your breastfeeding goals, whether your goal is for 6 weeks or for 6 months,

CONSULTS AT HOME
Breastfeeding is the normal way to feed a baby and provides optimal nutrition for your baby. Getting latch, attachment and comfort levels right can make all the difference to you and your baby and I can help you with this and provide you with time to ask questions and build your own resources. Consults are provided in the comfort of your own home, you can stay at home in your pajamas and I will come to you,
CLASSES
Learn as much as you can about breastfeeding before your baby is born. These classes are fun and interactive and and both yourself and your partner/support person will leave with lots of new information. Through these classes you will be taught calm approaches to breastfeeding expectations, practical breastfeeding matters and you will become part of a community of mothers. This will allow more time for you to feel excited about your new arrival
