Talks at conferences

I have a range of talks available that are suitable for groups, for Breastfeeding Counsellors, Practice Nurses, Midwives, Public Health Nurses, IBCLC's, and all allied health care workers who have contact with nursing mothers and babies.

Train the Trainer Course

The aim of this course is to prepare Health Care Professionals to provide effective education on lactation management for their co-workers and other health care workers involved in the care of mother/baby dyads.  The course assumes that a high level of breastfeeding knowledge has been attained by participants already.

90 and 42 hr IBLCE PREPARATION FOR LACTATION CONSULTANT

This course will prepare people to sit the exam in the future. See www.iblce.org for more information on the pathways available to you in order to prepare to sit the exam. Further courses will commence in 2019 (January and February) and will be run so that all days are self contained and can be done over a period of time. I will post further updates on this as they come to hand.
